Products will be delivered within 7-14 business days, depending on the types and quantity of the products. However, due to any unavoidable circumstances, the product delivery date may change.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery will be applicable while item total cost lower than 100,000 Taka

Terms of payment

In case of any order of more than BDT 1 lac, 50% of the amount needs to be paid in advance, and the other 50% will have to be paid when the product is ready to deliver.

VAT has to be paid in excess of the total amount of payment. VAT Challan will be provided to the customers.
Inventory holding cost
If a customer decides to extend the delivery date; they must do so by four (4) days before the planned date of delivery. Such an extension must not be more than 14 days (2 weeks). If the extension is more than 1 week, the customer must pay a holding cost of 0.20% of the total order value per day.
Replacement Guarantee

We do have 7 Days Replacement Guarantee for all physical products sold on ISHO (isho.com)


ISHO provides One Year Free Service warranty for any manufacturing defects.

  • This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defective part. It should be noted that wood is a natural product; so, any natural defects in the wood grain will not be considered as manufacturing defects.
